Mepco started the International Healthcare Professionals Placement Program in 2003.
Mepco already had a large experience of placing Healthcare Professionals in the Middle East. The shortage of Nurses in USA triggered the Mepco team into exploring the US market with a focus on Nurses.
Our foray into nurses placement started in July 2003 with the signing of an agreement with HSIDC, Overseas Manpower Bureau, Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (A Haryana State Government Undertaking, India).
Since then Mepco has established a number of training and development centres where Nurses are selected and trained to clear their qualifying examinations and then placed in best US hospitals. Nurses are provided with a green card. Mepco and its US associate has seen success wherein
a number nurses are already working in USA .
