The International Healthcare Professionals Placement Program is guided by the Nursing Division of Mepco International. MEPCO started the International Healthcare Professionals Placement Program in 2003.

Mepco already had a large experience of placing Healthcare Professionals in the Middle East. The shortage of Nurses in USA triggered the Mepco team into exploring the US market with a focus on Nurses.

Our foray into nurses placement started in July – 2003 with the signing of an agreement of partnership with HSIDC – Overseas Manpower Bureau (Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (A Haryana State Government Undertaking), Union of India.

By end 2003 MEPCO had realized that Indian Nurses were ideal for placement in USA. They had the zeal and enthusiasm that was unparalleled in other spheres. Indian nurses had the will. They needed someone to show them the way.



By 2007 Mepco – Nursing Division has established a number of training and development centre. With 3 centres at Delhi and one each at Ludhiana(Punjab) and Dehradun (Uttrakhand), these state-of-the-art centres possess best infrastructure well supported by highly talented faculty that makes them unique in the industry.

Mepco – Nursing Division has already placed a large number of nurses US hospitals and in the Middle East.
